Masks and social distancing is required in all public indoor areas.
All staff members wear masks. Masks, gloves, and hair nets are worn by housekeeping staff. Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place, accompanied by CDC recommended cleaning products. Special attention to high touch point items: remote, door handles, mini-fridge, etc.
COMPLIMENTARY Beach passes are available only during your stay; depending on availability.
ID and credit card info is required when you check out a beach pass. Guests will be held responsible for a fee of $750.00 if the pass is lost or not returned at the scheduled time.
Quiet time begins at 10 pm.

SWIMMING FACILTIES POLICY
The swimming facilities at the Hamlet Inn are not supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests. Guests are required to sign a pool waiver at check-in. Please read the safety rules located at the entrance to pool and outlined in the pool waiver. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
NEVER SWIM ALONE. A minimum of two adults 18 years of age or older must be present whenever this facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck.
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or similar adult responsible for their safety and behavior.
IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP IMMEDIATELY. An emergency pool telephone is located at this pool area. Telephone numbers for the nearest medical services are posted.
Only use this facility during posted hours of operation.
Don’t drink alcohol and swim.
Pool/beach towels are available at the front desk for GUESTS.
All Guests must sign towels in/out
$20 fee/ per towel not returned.
We accept all major credit cards when you reserve your room.
All rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking inside your room is strictly forbidden. A charge of $500 per room will be charged if smoking is detected in the room. We are happy to provide ashtrays for your use on the outside patio areas of your room.
Cancel /change a confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival is refundable less 20% of total room charges.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the ENTIRE reservation.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We take all credit cards.
If reservations are made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required.
Overnight room rates assume two adults per room, per night. There will be a charge of $50, plus tax, for each additional adult per room, per night.
The minimum age required to check into the Hamlet Inn is 21 years of age. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Up to two children 12 years of age and under may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room at no additional fee.
The property is not responsible for stolen/lost items.
